exposed stone walls. It has been carefully and tastefully furnished as a second home in a traditional French
style with a mixture of antique and modern pieces. As well the attractive living/dining room it
it features a well-equipped kitchen and a stylish state-of-the-art modern en suite bathroom. We believe it has all the comfort
and facilities you would wish to find to help make your Burgundy holiday just perfect.

Lounge/dining room:
Tastefully furnished with a mix of antique and new pieces. There is a comfortable sitting area with TV, hi fi and DVD
and a dining area with table and four chairs. A small DVD library is provided for our guests' entertainment and a
selection of guide books and maps of the local area are there to help our guests get the most out of their stay.

A well equipped kitchen is just two steps down from the sitting room. There are double doors opening up
onto a sunny loggia, perfect for breakfast al fresco. The kitchen is equipped with large range cooker (gas hob/electric
oven), dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer, kettle, toaster, ironing
board & iron.
